Request Your Rent History

  1. Visit a DHCR Borough/District Rent Office in person. Bring proof of identity (photo ID) and proof of tenancy (copy of lease, rent receipt or utility bill). Your rent history will be printed and given to you at the office.

  2. Email Your Request to ORArecords@nyshcr.org.  You must include proof of tenancy (see above). The rent history will be printed and mailed to your apartment.

  3. Request through the DHCR website"Rent Info - Submit a Question" . The rent history will be mailed to the apartment.

  4. Call the Rent Infoline at 718-739-6400. The rent history will be printed and mailed to the apartment.
